how to place order

 

 How to place order with us

 

1. For Jmine Life Rocks, only items that have Available status are available for order.
For Feng Shui products, please check with us about the availability before placing order.

2. Note the item code and name or title.

3. Email us with the following information

a. List of item code and item name or title.
b. Complete shipping address, contact name and contact number.
c. Would you like to insure the shipment?

4. Confirmation email will be sent with total product, shipping (optional: insurance) and packaging cost.

5. Upon confirmation of order, request of money will be sent via email (Paypal). If you are in Singapore, please arrange for the payment transfer and drop me a sms or email to inform me.

6. Upon receipt of money, items will be shipped out within 3 business days.

7. Usually it will take 2 to 3 weeks for shipment to reach any destination in the world. It will take about 2 to 3 days or lesser if within Singapore.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss if items are not insured.
